How will my ebooks be delivered?
- Your ebook arrives by email from BookFunnel, usually within a few minutes and sometimes up to an hour. Don't see it? Check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Do you have more than one email address?
The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout. -
If you still can’t find it, email mary@maryflournoy.net - but NOT for technical help! For technical help with your ebook, email at help@bookfunnel.com.
How are print books delivered?

Print books are sold through my Curios shop, then printed to order by BookVault. They are shipped directly to you. Print time is usually 72 working hours and shipping takes three to five days. Print books will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
What if I can’t get my book on my devices?

Your BookFunnel Library
Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here: https://My.BookFunnel.com. Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors
How do preorders work?

You’ll be charged for preordering as soon as you make your purchase, and the book will be delivered on the official launch date (which will be on the Book page). If you can’t find the email from BookFunnel, please check your Spam and Promotions folders.
How does buying direct help authors?

If you buy directly from my store, more of your money comes to me than when you buy through a retailer, and I get paid right away. As a bonus, buying directly from the author decreases our dependence on the big retail stores, and we can offer deeper discounts because there isn't a middleman taking a cut.
