Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission from you and verify their own identity with us. We may still require you to verify your identity directly with us.

Under CCPA, 'selling' includes sharing personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. 'Sharing' specifically refers to sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have sold or shared the following categories of personal information with third parties for business or commercial purposes:

The CCPA defines "selling" and "sharing" broadly to include the disclosure of personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, or for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some of our advertising and analytics practices may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under these definitions.

You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise this right, you can:

Please note that opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information does not mean you will stop seeing ads. It means that the ads you see may be less personalized to your interests.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

  1. Exceptions to Deletion Requests

We may deny a deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for purposes such as completing a transaction, detecting security incidents, or complying with legal obligations.
